Legal — Terms

Terms & Conditions.

These terms govern your use of the RingMadeEasy website and any order you place with us. Please read them carefully — by placing an order you agree to be bound by them.

1. About us

RingMadeEasy is operated by ERDOR JEWELRY LTD, a company duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Israel, company registration number 515074151(referred to in these terms as “we”, “us”, “our”, or “ERDOR”). References to “you” or “customer” mean the individual or entity using the site or placing an order.

You can reach us by email at info@ringmadeasy.com for any question, complaint, or notice required under these terms.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the RingMadeEasy website (ringmadeasy.com and any related sub-domains, the “Site”), creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced from this Site (together, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or place an order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is always the one published on this page at the time you place your order. Material changes will be flagged with a revised “Last updated” date above.

3. Eligibility

To order from us you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher), legally capable of entering binding contracts, and not barred from doing so under any applicable law. By ordering you confirm that this is the case.

4. Prices, currency & payment

Prices on the Site are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable shipping fees, import duties, customs charges, and local taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise (see also our Shipping policy).

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers. By submitting an order you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provided for the total amount of the order, including any shipping and applicable charges.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order — including orders for which a pricing or specification error appears on the Site — at any time before dispatch. In the event of a confirmed pricing error, your sole remedy is a full refund of any amount actually paid.

5. Orders & contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we issue an order confirmation by email after successful payment. Until that confirmation is sent, no contract exists between us.

6. Custom & made-to-order pieces

Most of our designs are made per order. Standard making time is approximately 14 to 21 business days from the time of payment (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays). Custom orders are quoted and scheduled individually.

Because each piece is produced to your selected specifications (metal, size, stone, engraving, etc.), you acknowledge that custom and made-to-order items are not held in stock and that some choices cannot be reversed once production has started.

7. Cancellations & changes

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. The following may apply:

  • Within 48 hours of order: changes or cancellation are accepted in full, with no charge.
  • After 48 hours, before dispatch: a charge of up to 10% of the purchase price may apply depending on the production status of your order.
  • Cancellation before dispatch (any time): if a cancellation is accepted, a 5% cancellation fee may be retained to cover payment processing and handling.
  • Some changes (size, metal, design) may cause delays in shipping your order.

Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled; instead our return policy applies (see below).

8. Returns & refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, we offer a 30 day return policy subject to the conditions below.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and documentation.
  • You must contact us before returning to receive a return authorization. Returns received without pre-approval may be refused.
  • The refund is processed only after the item has arrived back at our facility and has been inspected and approved as being in its original condition.
  • Refund amount: 90% of the item cost, with a minimum deduction of USD 160 per item.
  • For platinum items, the refund amount is 70% of the item’s value.
  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Any charges, taxes, or customs fees that apply to the return shipment will be deducted from the refund.
  • The customer is responsible for insuring the returned parcel. If the parcel is lost or stolen in transit and is uninsured, we will not be able to refund.

Non-refundable items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Custom engraved jewelry (rings with engraving may be returned only for store credit; engraving fees are non-refundable in all cases).
  • Special orders and bespoke commissions — these are final sales.
  • Returns shipped without pre-approval, with missing paperwork or product, or shipped uninsured/improperly packed — these will be refused on receipt.

9. Warranty

Each ring is covered by a full one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage that is the result of neglect, misuse, accident, normal wear and tear, or modifications by a third party. Loss or chipping of a center stone, where caused by impact rather than a manufacturing defect, will be repaired or replaced for a symbolic charge.

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the claim, and if approved, arrange repair or replacement at no cost to you (excluding any applicable shipping and customs charges, which remain the customer’s responsibility).

10. Sizing & one-time free resize

Sizes on our Site are standard US sizes. You are responsible for providing the correct ring size when ordering. We strongly recommend being professionally measured before ordering. Detailed sizing guidance is set out in our Shipping page.

If a ring arrives in a different size than what you ordered (our error), we will arrange courier collection and resizing at no cost to you.

If you ordered the wrong size, we will resize the ring at no resizing charge, but you will be responsible for shipping and any customs charges (currently approximately USD 140 in total for collection plus insured return).

Please note that some designs (notably pieces with a 360° pattern) cannot be resized after production and would need to be remade for a symbolic charge, which varies by design.

11. 3D preview & product representation

Our 3D configurator is a visualization tool intended to help you understand the design. While we make every effort to render accurately, the on-screen appearance may differ slightly from the physical product due to lighting, display calibration, material behavior, and small handcrafted variations. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

12. Allergies & sensitivities

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all white gold jewelry contains a small amount of nickel. If you have any known metal sensitivity, please consult us before ordering — we will recommend platinum or another alternative. We do not accept liability for allergic reactions that were not disclosed to us prior to production.

13. Shipping, risk & title

Shipping arrangements, transit times, customs handling, and DDP options are described in our Shipping policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to your shipping address (or, in the case of workplaces and apartment buildings, when signed for by any person at that address). Title passes to you when we have received payment in full.

Customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless you have specifically purchased a DDP shipment.

14. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, designs, the 3D configurator, video, code, logos, and the “RingMadeEasy” name and marks — is owned by ERDOR JEWELRY LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent, other than as required for ordinary personal use of the Site to browse and place an order.

15. User content & inspiration uploads

If you upload images, references, or other content (“User Content”) to brief us on a custom design, you warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to that content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and adapt the User Content for the purpose of producing your order and for related internal record-keeping. We will not use the User Content for marketing without your separate consent.

16. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (i) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (ii) interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; (iii) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system; (iv) place fraudulent orders; or (v) reverse engineer, scrape, or extract content for commercial use without our consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for breach of this clause.

17. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

18. Disclaimer of warranties

Except for the limited warranty expressly granted in clause 9, and any non-excludable consumer rights you have under applicable law, the Site and the products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ERDOR disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

19. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ERDOR’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your order — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute, or otherwise — is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific item giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall ERDOR be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

20. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ERDOR JEWELRY LTD, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (i) your breach of this Agreement; (ii) your User Content; or (iii) your misuse of the Site.

21. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of war, civil unrest, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, customs delays, courier disruptions, natural disasters, or material shortages.

22. Governing law & jurisdiction

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes) is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The competent courts of Tel Aviv – Jaffa, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

23. Severability & waiver

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

24. Entire agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping policy, and any order confirmation we issue, constitute the entire agreement between you and ERDOR JEWELRY LTD with respect to your order and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
